Cell Manufacturing Associate I - CAR T Cell Therapies - Team members in these CAR T Cell jobs manufacture and test T cell products, under limited supervision, following established SOPs in cGMP facility. They also passage, maintain and cryopreserve cell cultures (e.g., T cell and tumor cell lines) and provide routine lab support and maintenance activities.

Research Associate II - CAR T Cell Immunotherapy - Team members in these CAR T Cell jobs are responsible for cell culture including application of aseptic techniques for media compounding, passaging, maintenance and cryopreservation of cell cultures (e.g., T cell and tumor cell lines).

Staff Scientist - CAR T Cell Therapy - Team members in these CAR T Cell jobs are primarily responsible for construct design, management and organization of the molecular workstations, database, and software related to construct design; training of new staff for all projects for labs within the TCTRL program/department.
