Lobby Ambassador - Day Shift - Team members in these patient services jobs provide a high level of customer service to assist with meet and greet, mobility, wayfinding, directions, transportation via electric cart, and connecting patients and families to City of Hope resources.
Receptionist - Team members in these patient services jobs answer telephone, screen and direct calls. They also attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
