Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute seek to hire a full-time, fellowship-trained Urologic Oncologist /Robotic Urologic Surgeon to join City of Hope in  Antelope Valley (Lancaster, CA). We are seeking research and mission- minded physicians as every discovery we make and every new treatment we create gives people the chance to live longer, better, and more fully.

We are seeking a Urologic Oncologist /Robotic Urologic Surgeon  to join the Division of Urology and Urologic Oncology team at City of Hope who will provide patient-centered care in collaboration with an established team of world class, nationally recognized physicians and healthcare professionals.  

·              Full-time position reporting to the Chief of the Division of Urology and Urologic Oncology

·              Provide patient-centered care in collaboration an established multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses at a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic facility

·              Busy Urologic Oncology, Robotic Surgery and General Urology practice with established and expanding referral base

·              Wonderful colleagues, within an expansive Division of Urology & Urologic Oncology. Collaborative team environment with APP support available to facilitate care within your practice. Would be joining 5 other urologists and 1 APP at this network location and a total of 20 urologists in the Division.

·              Opportunity to serve as a faculty for our Urologic Oncology Fellowship program

·              Provide primarily 90-95% clinical responsibilities with access to da Vinci DV5 and SP robots

·              Contribute to the development of clinical trials and research studies

·              Pursue academic appointments and participate in educational activities

Position Benefits:

·         Excellent benefits package, including a generous retirement contribution plan

·         Relocation assistance may be available

·         Base Salary Range:  $350,000 - $425,000 (Assistant Clinical to Clinical Professor levels). The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.  Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.

Qualifications

·         Excellent clinical skills and desire to build a practice and think programmatically

·         Applicants must have an M.D., D.O. or equivalent degree, fellowship- trained robotic surgery/urology, and be Board certified and/or eligible.

·         Academic record consistent with appointment as an Assistant (new Fellow) to Clinical Professor

·         Have or eligible to obtain appropriate license to practice                       

·         Possession of, or eligibility for, unrestricted medical license in the State of California
