  • Monday – Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

The Receptionist is responsible for supporting daily operations within the Oncology Clinic. This position assists the Practice Manager and clinic staff by coordinating departmental functions and performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing multiple computer systems, maintaining records, compiling data, preparing reports and correspondence, answering clinic phone lines, responding to routine inquiries, and assisting patients and caregivers with a variety of needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with standard office equipment including scanner, fax machine, and copy machine

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced clinical environment
