Job Responsibilities

The Clinical Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for patients, providers, and departments. This role manages patient interactions through face‑to‑face meetings, telephone communication, and electronic correspondence, ensuring a positive and seamless scheduling experience.

The Clinical Scheduler coordinates multiple aspects of patient care by making informed decisions that support patients’ healthcare needs. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate scheduling and visit information to support patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role ensures proper documentation, tracking, and completion of required pre‑certifications for treatments and procedures.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in multifaceted online computer applications

3-5 years of professional experience in the medical field
