Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job responsibilities:
The Clinical Scheduler is responsible for maintaining accurate schedules for patients, providers, and departments. This role requires conducting face‑to‑face interviews, telephone interactions, and electronic communications. The Scheduler coordinates all aspects of patient care and exercises sound judgment to support patients in meeting their healthcare needs. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate scheduling and visit information to ensure patient satisfaction, completing required documentation, and managing pre‑certifications for treatments and procedures.
Position Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Experience:
3–5 years of professional experience using multifaceted online computer applications
3–5 years of professional experience in a medical or healthcare setting
