Job Overview

The New Patient Experience Records Coordination Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight to the New Patient Experience Records Coordinators to lead the function of Intake/Medical Records. Overseeing the function of Intake/Medical Records ensures procurement of medical records on new incoming patients prior to their arrival to their first appointment. Function oversight also ensures proper documentation for follow up, tracking and reporting purposes. This role will require support to the team by proactively and creatively solving issues, oversee workflows, create process improvements, ensure quality outcomes, set goals and expectations for performance. The role includes reporting on metrics and tracking department Key Performance Indicators. This includes reporting on metrics at a minimum of weekly/monthly along with tracking to identify and address opportunities in real-time.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

  • Minimum two years leadership experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Requires appropriate internet services, speed and dedicated workspace to effectively work from home  ( Minimum internet connection speeds of 75 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload )
