Position Summary:

The Manager, Practice Management is responsible for strategic planning, management, development and operational performance of multi-disciplinary outpatient satellite practices. Provides leadership to multiple sites in partnership to provide quality patient care in a safe, cost effective, patient focused environment. Collaborates with physicians, other health care disciplines and managed care organizations to assure optimal patient care. Manages, directs and oversees all administrative and clinical operations and staff.

As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Lead and manage administrative and clinical staff across multiple outpatient practice locations
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, performance management, and staff development
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and manage scheduling across all sites
  • Partner with clinical leadership to evaluate and improve patient flow and care delivery
  • Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain patient care protocols in alignment with leadership and compliance standards
  • Optimize physician scheduling to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards including OSHA/CLIA/COLA
  • Assist in developing and managing operational budgets, monitoring financial performance
  • Maintain reports and collect key data for operational, financial, and regulatory purposes

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of experience. 
  • Experience to include working in a medical/hospital setting with physicians and high-level executives for strategic planning, operations and problem solving.
