City of Hope Phoenix (Goodyear, AZ), a leading network of cancer hospitals and outpatient centers, is seeking an outstanding Board Certified or Board Eligible Surgical Pathologist, to join our esteemed team. Position Highlights
Deliver high-quality diagnostic services in general surgical pathology, playing a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients within a collaborative cancer-focused environment.
Join a highly collaborative team of pathologists, physician assistants, and support staff within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment of physicians and scientists.
This position is supported by significant case volume in Breast, GU, and GI Pathology, reflecting the continued growth of these service lines and providing an excellent opportunity for a Pathologist seeking a busy and clinically impactful practice.
The Goodyear campus is a freestanding 38 bed cancer hospital with state-of-the-art technology.
While based in Arizona, this position is part of City of Hope's growing national Pathology Department, fostering collaboration and subspecialty expertise across the enterprise.
City of Hope faculty appointment. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
Opportunity to engage in clinical and translational research while collaborating with cutting-edge faculty at TGen, City of Hope’s genomics research center in downtown Phoenix. Qualified faculty may be eligible for joint appointments, and candidates with funded research programs are strongly encouraged to apply and contribute to the broader City of Hope-TGen research enterprise.

Qualifications
Applicants must have an MD or equivalent medical degree and possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license.
Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Anatomic/Clinical Pathology is required.
Fellowship training in Surgical Pathology is preferred.
