City of Hope is seeking an Administrative Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Clinical Cancer Genomics Education Program (CGEP). This role performs a variety of administrative and analytical duties in a complex, confidential environment that requires professionalism, sound judgment, organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
As a successful candidate, you will:
Support the daily administrative functions of a multifaceted medical professional education and training program within CGEP.
Use discretion, initiative, and sound judgment when handling confidential information, setting priorities, and resolving daily operational or administrative issues.
Partner with program leadership and the administrative team to support CGEP program development, operations, courses, and events.
Build, update, and troubleshoot the Clinical Cancer Genomics Community of Practice (CCGCoP) portal and Learning Management System.
Work with the instructional design team to revise recorded didactic modules into self-directed eLearning modules and related materials.
Manage and extract program data for grant reporting, presentations, manuscript development, deliverables, and other project priorities.
Coordinate live and virtual conferences, workshops, research forums, networking activities, and GCRA Case Conference Webinars for CGEP and CCGCoP participants.
Support program planning and improvement by reviewing operational procedures, resource use, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Your qualifications should include:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
3 or more years of progressively responsible experience in business administration, education administration, clinical research or healthcare environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience or training in instructional design, e-learning development, web or graphic design, and data management is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, RedCAP, Learning Management Systems, polling software, Articulate, Rise, or similar e-learning platforms.
