The successful candidate:
Schedule:
Three 12-hour night shifts per week
7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Every third weekend rotation
Rotating holidays required
Job Summary
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is a paraprofessional caregiver who works under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The PCT assumes responsibility and accountability for activities of daily living, certain tests and procedures, environmental duties, and other tasks as designated by their competency level. The PCT provides care for age groups as defined in the scope of care.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Listed in good standing on the Illinois Healthcare Worker Registry or EMT certification required
CPR card required
