Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

The Clinical Scheduler position is responsible for maintaining schedules for the patients, providers, and departments. They must conduct face-to-face interviews, telephone interaction and electronic contact functions. Must coordinate all aspects of patient care and make informed decisions in meeting the patient’s own healthcare needs. The Scheduler must maintain accurate schedule and visit information to support patient satisfaction as well as accurate schedule and tracking functions while completing necessary documentation and pre-certifications of treatments and procedures.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in multifaceted online computer applications

3-5 years of professional experience in the medical field
