Join the transformative team at City of Hope, where we're changing lives and making a real difference in the fight against cancer, diabetes, and other life-threatening illnesses. City of Hope’s growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and treatment facilities in Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix. Our dedicated and compassionate employees are driven by a common mission: To deliver the cures of tomorrow to the people who need them today.
The 340B Program Analyst will primarily support pharmacy billing, charge capture, revenue integrity, and Charge Description Master (CDM)-related activities. This role is ideal for an analyst with strong billing and auditing experience who can ensure medication charges are complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with organizational billing requirements. Key responsibilities include validating medication charge capture and CDM-related workflows, monitoring documentation and administration discrepancies that affect billing, reviewing denials and billing exceptions, developing audit metrics, and identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and improve billing accuracy. The analyst will use data and operational knowledge to evaluate downstream billing impacts and help ensure that City of Hope accurately bills for medications and related services. As a member of the 340B Pharmacy and Compliance team, the position will also develop working knowledge of 340B requirements and support related compliance activities as needed.
