The successful candidate:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The technician will also ensure the ongoing care and upkeep of buildings and grounds to help extend the life of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of buildings and grounds.
Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with training in skilled trades.
2–5 years of experience in building maintenance or related trades.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Proficient in the use and care of hand and power tools.
Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Valid driver’s license required.
