Position Summary:

The Imaging Coordinator oversees the care coordination of patients enrolled in Radioimmunotherapy (RIT) clinical programs  

As a successful candidate, you will: 

  • Serves as the point person to manage sensitive and high cost resources to include but not limited to: physician orders, radiopharmaceutical orders and delivery logistics, research staff scheduling, procedure authorizations, data collections, and other multidisciplinary information in the coordination for Theranostics infusions and associated imaging exams.

  • Coordinates scheduling, planning, and patient account charge audits and reconciliations.

  • Responsible for reconciling program reports, patient tracking, and manages program related projects.  

  • Attends meetings, communicates program updates and facilitates input from staff.  Point of contact for project assignments for PET-CT and Nuclear Medicine. 
     

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include: 

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Three years in PET-CT or Nuc Med scheduling
  • Knowledge of PET-CT scheduling
