As our Executive Director of Revenue Strategy and Automation, you’ll be at the forefront of reshaping how we deliver financial excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences—powered by cutting-edge technology and AI.

What You’ll Do

·         Lead enterprise revenue strategy to support growth and sustainability (30%)

·         Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to streamline billing, collections, and reimbursement (20%)

·         Collaborate across functions to align financial operations with strategic priorities (20%)

·         Drive innovation and change management within a high-performing team (15%)

·         Analyze key metrics and report insights to executive leadership (15%)

Qualifications

What You Bring

·         Education: Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

·         Experience: 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or innovation

·         Preferred: CRCR, CHFP, CPA Certification/licensure. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and enterprise transformation initiatives

·         Skills: Strategic thinking, financial acumen, executive presence, and collaboration
