City of Hope is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our Director of Revenue Cycle Education and Training. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of healthcare operations by designing and delivering innovative learning strategies that drive performance, compliance, and excellence across the enterprise.

In a department known for its agility and forward momentum, you will lead the development of scalable, data-driven education programs that prepare teams for success in a rapidly evolving environment. From post-merger integration to AI-powered upskilling, your work will directly influence how we adapt, grow, and lead in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design and lead a strategic roadmap for enterprise-wide revenue cycle education

·       Oversee curriculum development for onboarding, upskilling, and performance optimization

·       Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess training needs and align learning with operational goals

·       Leverage analytics and KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve program effectiveness

·       Support transformation initiatives through scalable training for system implementations and newly acquired teams

·       Stay ahead of industry trends and provide thought leadership in learning innovation

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include: 

·       Education: Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)

·       Experience: 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement with leadership responsibilities

·       Preferred: Experience with large-scale transformation projects in provider or academic health systems

·       Skills:

o   Expertise in adult learning principles, LMS platforms, and instructional design

o   Strong analytical mindset with ability to link education to measurable outcomes

o   Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

o   Exceptional communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills
