The successful candidate:

***Schedule: Open to 5 8's or 4 10's, but either schedule will include a full day Saturday. Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT); Pelvic Floor Therapy specialist highly preferred!***

A registered Physical Therapist Assistant that delivers selected individual comprehensive treatments to patients through the rehabilitation department under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Provides quality patient care through treatment, intervention and family training to achieve an optimal level of function for each patient, in accordance with the laws and regulations relating to the practice of Physical Therapy.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Associates degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)

Minimum Experience:

1 year experience in area

Required Courses/Training:

BLS

Req. Certification/Licensure:

Current Arizona PTA license

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Education:

Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT); Pelvic Floor Therapy specialist

Skills/Abilities:

Patient centered care; collaborative; great communication

Software:

Microsoft applications, EPIC EMR

Machines/Equipment:

Physical Therapy related modalities, assistive devices, adaptive equipment
