The successful candidate:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for oncology outpatient clinic services.
Develop, engage, and mentor staff through ongoing feedback, goal setting, and career development planning.
Communicate and reinforce organizational mission to guide daily decision-making and priorities.
Oversee clinic operations, staffing models, productivity, and financial performance.
Develop, implement, and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and workflows.
Champion patient satisfaction and a culture of exceptional customer service.
Serve as a professional role model and resource for physicians, nursing, and support staff.
Design, execute, and monitor departmental KPIs aligned with organizational strategy and growth.
Lead implementation of new programs, process improvements, and Lean initiatives within budget and timelines.
Foster strong interdisciplinary relationships with medical staff and internal partners.
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, safety, infection control, and accreditation requirements.
Uphold City of Hope policies, Code of Conduct, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Your qualifications should include:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years of management experience required
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Oncology outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
