Call Center Jobs in Mission Hills, CA at City of Hope can include: Contact Center Representative II - Team members in these call center jobs perform necessary duties in relaying incoming and outgoing telephone calls, and in facilitating internal communication with the Cancer Center and its community practices. They also answer telephone calls, determine appropriateness of referral, screen, and refer as appropriate. ESS Information Specialist - Team members in these call center jobs act as the primary interface for documenting and directing customer requests and should be available to answer as many calls directly (i.e. without a call back) as possible. They are also responsible for managing the Transportation services Department central inbox. Patient Referral Services LVN - Team members in these call center jobs oversee and participate in providing quality & timely access services to prospective and new patients and physicians referring patients to City of Hope.
